Forensic Artist Revisits 1973 Cold Case Murder

A Forensic Artist recently completed a 3D skull facial reconstruction of an unidentified female who was found dead on October 10, 1973, according the Pennsylvania State Police.

The reconstruction was made from an artist with The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). The female was found in the area of SR 443 and Ridge Road/Tomstown Road in Union Township, Pennsylvania.
